Both the U.S. government and Canadian government are actively changing alert advisories for certain countries. That recently included a popular spring break destination. The U.S. government issued a “Level 4: Do Not Travel” for particular areas in Mexico.
Those included:
- Reynosa
- Rio Bravo
- Valle Hermoso
- San Fernando
- Tamaulipas
The Canadian government issued several advisories of their own for Caribbean hot spots. We’ll take a closer look at those advisories, while also highlighting a recent “avoid all travel” advisory. The Canadian government updated the safety and security section. As expected, this particular area should be avoided at all costs for the foreseeable future.
